Gwalior Fort is one of India's most magnificent hill forts, standing on a sandstone plateau above Gwalior. The historic complex contains the famous Man Mandir Palace, Teli Ka Mandir, Sas-Bahu Temples, Jain rock-cut sculptures, Chaturbhuj Temple and impressive fort walls. Man Mandir Palace is particularly famous for its colourful glazed tilework, carved architecture, halls and historic interiors.
